Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used pepper spray canisters.
• Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or wear and tear.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at sublethaldefense@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Pack your product securely and include your RA number inside the package.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local regulations, pepper spray and related defense products may not be shipped to certain locations. We currently do not ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories
• International addresses
• Locations where pepper spray or similar devices are prohibited by law

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that possession of our products is legal in their jurisdiction.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help you resolve them.
